GT France believes that the entire buying process should be as simple, hassle-free and enjoyable as possible.

Through experience the only way to achieve this aim and give our customers a genuine and realistic understanding of what’s on offer in the south of France is to whisk them over and show them around.

To do this we will arrange your Inspection Visit, a personnally escorted tour around the region. We will also ensure you have plenty of time to get fully acquainted with this stunning area, selecting the premium properties that meet your exact requirements and budget.

How it works
We book your flights and hotel room (minimum ‘three star’ standard). One of our team from the French office will be waiting for you when you arrive at the airport. You will then be driven around the area to view properties that match your specifications . This gives you an instant feel for what is currently available. Most of our clients have found their ideal property by the end of the second day and are ready to secure their purchase.

At the end of each day your time is your own to explore and discover this fabulous part of the world, sample its culture and try some of the Cote d’Azur’s world famous cuisine and wines.

When your visit is over and your purchase completed, our representative will pick you up and drive you back to the airport in plenty of time to catch your flight home.

Visits last for two to four days and all we ask for is a contribution of £100, or €150 per person towards the cost of your flights. If your flights are cheaper then we will refund the difference.
